In Spain, reproductive laws are one of the most advanced in Europe so all possible scenarios are taken into account and legally regulated. Intrauterine insemination (IUI) and AID (artificial insemination with a sperm donor) are regulated by law and accessible to heterosexual couples, single women and same-sex female couples. In Spain, the maximum age for women to undergo fertility treatment is 50, however, you should be aware that IUI over 35 offers much lower success rates than IVF. One of the most important is the maximum age for treatment. While there is no maximum age for men, for women the maximum age is 50. However, some clinics will accept patients up to 52 based on individual circumstances.<\/p>
