Potential patients to be accepted:

  • a couple or a woman up to 49 years old
  • trying to conceive for more than a year

Free Egg donation package includes:

  • Consultation with fertility doctor, IVF nurse and embryologist
  • One session with an IVF-experienced counsellor
  • RI Witnessing during the whole process
  • Advanced sperm testing including MAR, IL-6 MiOXSYS, HaloSperm
  • Washed IVF-ready donor sperm from Next Fertility Nordic donor bank (if necessary)
  • Egg donor selection, counselling, screening, karyotype and carrier testing
  • Egg donor medications and their compensation
  • Anonymous donor eggs from Next Fertility Nordic biobank
  • Fertilization of fresh or frozen donor oocytes (IVF or ICSI)
  • Embryo incubation in a time-lapse incubator (EmbryoScope)
  • Embryo selection with the help of an artificial intelligence scoring program (CHLOE)
  • Embryo transfer guaranteed at blastocyst stage with Embryoglue media
  • In case of surplus embryos, vitrification of blastocysts and storage for up to 1 year
  • 1 frozen embryo transfer procedure (FET) (of previously frozen embryos)

Not included services – but may be recommended:

  • Initial screening (infectious analysis and hormonal tests)
  • Genetic matching (550 EUR) and genetic counselling (100 EUR)
  • PGT -A (testing one embryo 1450 EUR, additional embryo +250 EUR)
  • Endometrial receptivity test ERA (900 EUR), EndomeTRIO (1100 EUR)
  • Hysteroscopy (If needed)
  • Sperm freezing (400 EUR)
  • Donor gametes from other biobanks (if requested)
  • Psychologist counselling (80-120 EUR)
  • Cryo storage after the first year (1EUR/day)

The following costs will be the responsibility of the patients: flights, accommodation, recipient medications, preliminary investigations and necessary monitoring in their country throughout the treatment cycles.
