About LeaderMed

Established in 2000 in Tbilisi, LeaderMed In Vitro Fertilization Center is a private medical facility founded by Prof. Natalia Khonelidze, MD, PhD, a pioneer of reproductive medicine and IVF in Georgia. The clinic is led by Chief Executive Officer Giorgi Ambroliani and operates under the medical governance of Medical Director Dr Davit Barabadze. LeaderMed holds TEMOS International Healthcare Accreditation, applying a unified governance model that integrates medical, embryological, and laboratory operations. The clinic’s infrastructure includes two operating theatres, a dedicated IVF laboratory, and private en-suite patient recovery rooms.

The clinical staff includes eight fertility specialists and three senior embryologists, each with over 25 years of professional experience. To assist international and local patients, the center employs English-speaking coordinators who handle treatment logistics and planning. Medical protocols at LeaderMed prioritize a single embryo transfer strategy. Patient coordination is facilitated through on-site or remote diagnostics and direct communication via various digital messaging platforms and email.
