The team is led by Medical Director Dr. Fernando Neuspiller, a specialist in reproductive medicine with over 30 years of experience. Dr. Neuspiller, a graduate of the University of Buenos Aires, also holds a Master’s degree in Human Reproduction from the University of Valencia and is an active member of several renowned reproductive medicine societies.

Dr. Barbara Lotti, the clinic’s main reproductive medicine specialist, is highly experienced in assisted reproduction. She graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires, completed her residency at Bernardino Rivadavia Hospital, and holds certifications in reproductive medicine from leading institutions.

WeFIV offers a variety of fertility treatments at competitive prices to suit different patient needs. Basic IVF with own eggs is available for €4,279 ($4,500), while egg donation starts from €5,700 ($6,000).

WeFIV provides three Egg Donation Programs designed to meet different patient needs:

  • 6 eggs guaranteed: €5,700 ($6,000)
  • 9 eggs guaranteed: €7,620 ($8,000)
  • 12 eggs guaranteed: €9,523 ($10,000)

Each program includes:

  • Testing and diagnosis
  • Preparation for treatment
  • Donor eggs
  • Partner sperm collection and preparation
  • Fertilization and embryo culture (blastocyst – 5 days)
  • Single Embryo Transfer (SET)
  • Cryopreservation of surplus embryos with one year of storage included
  • Pregnancy test (Beta hCG)

WeFIV sources donor eggs and sperm from WeBank, Latin America’s largest egg bank, established in 2019. Donors undergo rigorous screening, with only a select few meeting the high standards required to donate.

What is more, egg freezing/social freezing is offered for €2,380 ($2,500), and IVF using donor sperm or the ROPA method (Reciprocal IVF) is priced at €5,225 ($5,500).

Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is priced at €475 ($500), and artificial insemination with donor sperm (AID) costs €1,425 ($1,500).

IVF Success Rates at WeFIV

In 2023, the overall clinical pregnancy success rate for IVF using own eggs was 45.5%. The clinical pregnancy success rates using fresh vs frozen own eggs were as follows:

  • Frozen eggs + PGT-A: 58%

Women under 38:

  • Fresh eggs: 52%
  • Frozen eggs: 48%

Women over 38:

All the above success rates refer to blastocyst transfers and SET (Single Embryo Transfer).

For egg donation cases, the overall clinical pregnancy success rate reached 63.5% per single embryo transfer, excluding consecutive cycles with frozen eggs or embryos. If we look at the results comparing fresh vs frozen donor eggs, the rates look as below:
