THE CLINIC
We are so excited to be joining this year’s Fertility Journey, and we are getting closer by the day to choosing the couple who will go on this journey with us. We are proud to introduce Norway and our clinic to the chosen couple. For 12 years running, the United Nations has listed Norway as the best place to live in terms of equality and human rights, and our country also has one of the best health services in the world, known for its high quality and efficiency of care.
As for Klinikk Hausken, we are the largest private IVF clinic in Norway, maintaining the high standards the Norwegian Health Services are known for. We also pride ourselves on our individualized care, innovation and good results. All of which the couple will experience through out their journey to parenthood with us.
THE PROCESS
We can’t wait to get to know our Fertility Journey couple and to make them feel safe, relaxed and supported.
The initial meeting is extremely important, this is where we get to know each other. We will build the foundations for a successful partnership moving forward. Discussing the individual treatment plan, personalized care and detailed information regarding the process will create mutual trust where communication is key. The key to planning and optimal treatment protocol for the couple lies in effective communication and that’s why we believe listening to the couple is paramount to the treatment process.
EXPLORING NORWAY
The chosen couple will also have the opportunity to experience some excellent Norwegian culture! They will taste our weird and wonderful food, explore the stunning scenery Norway has to offer and get to know the people of Norway; hopefully this will be the beginning of an adventure of a lifetime, and what better place to start!
GETTING TO KNOW YOU
Klinikk Hausken has offered treatment to UK couples for the past 10 years with great success. Activities such as the Fertility Show in London, roadshows like Routes to Parenthood and now the Fertility Journeys project has made it possible for us to optimize the treatment process for our overseas visitors. Even though UK couples only make up 10% of treatments done at Klinikk Hausken per year, working with them has helped us achieve an even higher level of quality on our services, especially customer focus. Meeting potential clients through different channels gives us new ideas and engages our staff even more.
We feel we take something useful away from each and every one of the events and meetings we have with the UK public, and we have learnt a lot about the UK culture. Even though all of the staff already speak fluent English, we have all picked up a few funny English sayings along the way, which are now frequently used around the clinic!
