Dr. Panagiotis Venieratos is a graduate of the Department of Biology at the University of Essex in the United Kingdom. He holds a Master's degree in MSc in Advanced Neuro- and Molecular Pharmacology from the Department of Pharmacology of the University of Bristol, UK. He obtained his PhD from the Medical School of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens in collaboration with the National Center for Scientific Research "Demokritos". He further specialized in female reproduction by completing his second Masters Diploma entitled "Research in Female Reproduction" by the Medical School of the University of Athens.  He participated as a speaker in a number of National and International scientific conferences and he authored and co-authored a number of International publications and conference papers.  Until mid 2020 he held the position of Sales, Marketing & Business Development Director in Locus Medicus SA, with a special interest in International expansion and commercial exploitation of the company's many innovations and patents. He has also served as the Vice President on the board of directors. In parallel, from 2014 he worked with couples who face fertility problems as a reproductive biologist consultant helping them to complete their family. Together with the company’s medical team, they have held consultations for couples all around the globe mainly concerning cases of unexplained infertility, implantation failure and recurrent miscarriages. In 2016 he co-founded FERTILYSIS with a mission to provide a systematic, comprehensive, etiological investigation of infertility with breakthrough full-spectrum testing solutions, which can be performed safely at home, coupled with clinical consultation resulting in pregnancy and the delivery of healthy babies. Over the last 7 years, Panagiotis, together with his medical colleagues played a pivotal role in evaluating the clinical significance of the constant flow of innovative diagnostic fertility methodology. And FERTILYSIS was able to build an international patients list in Europe, North America and Australia with successful testimonials towards his vision of making FERTILYSIS the global leader of on-line, at-home testing for unexplained infertility and leading fertility specialist in the field. At present Panagiotis holds the position of Scientific Director and Managing Partner of FERTILYSIS.
