The following costs will be the responsibility of the patients: flights, accommodation, initial tests (infection tests, thyroid tests, AMH, baseline hormonal tests), any additional tests if required (e.g. ERA test), sperm freezing, donor sperm from a bank, medication for endometrial preparation till embryo transfer, subsequent frozen embryo transfers, preliminary investigations and necessary monitoring in their country throughout treatment.
