They believe in taking a comprehensive approach to infertility treatment. While they focus on cutting-edge technologies in the lab, they also stress the importance of patient support and additional services like genetic counseling, experience counseling, nutrition counseling, and pregnancy monitoring. Next Fertility Nordic offers an independent donation program and an on-site biobank for donor gametes to ensure all patients’ needs are catered to. Their new clinic, which is fully accessible, provides a private and comfortable environment for treatment.

Established in 2010 under BioEximi OÜ and Fertility Clinic Nordic, the company has been part of the NEXTCLINICS group since 2019. This group comprises a network of top-notch healthcare facilities across Europe, primarily specializing in fertility treatment, gynecology, and midwifery. Situated on the 4th floor of a private medical center, the clinic boasts a modern and spacious facility with multiple consultation, examination, and ultrasound rooms, as well as dedicated spaces for medical device reprocessing and cryo-storage. Next Fertility Nordic houses two laboratories—one for embryology and another for andrology—as well as an operating theater and a recovery room with four beds.

The clinic welcomes female patients aged up to 50 years old. The embryo transfer must occur before the patient’s 51st birthday. Next Fertility Nordic is inclusive of HIV-positive female patients, who can undergo IVF with donor eggs, however, IVF with won oocytes is not available to them. Both female and male patients with HCV/HBV infection are accepted provided they have a negative viral load. Same-sex female couples are welcome at the clinic and can be treated using their own or donor eggs and donor sperm. ROPA (Reciprocal IVF) is not currently allowed in Estonia. However, as of this year (2024), it is permissible for women to donate eggs to another woman in instances of medical necessity. Please ask the clinic for more details.

Both the clinic and the lab have obtained licenses from the Estonian Health Board and the Agency of Medicine, respectively. Since October 1, 2021, the clinic has partnered with the Estonian Health Insurance Fund to cover infertility treatments for women under 40 years old with Estonian health insurance.
